Our scope of work is limited to projects that involve working with existing plumbing. 

We can refer you to someone else for more invasive plumbing needs.

Materials & Payment

• Clients must provide major materials (e.g., faucets, fixtures, flooring).
• We’ll happily recommend products and ensure compatibility.
• For small materials (caulk, screws), we’ll include them in the quote.
• Need us to shop? We can for a $25–$50 pickup fee plus item cost.
• You’ll get a full invoice or receipt. Payment via Venmo, Zelle, Square, or cash.
